We have also been taking a closer look at Picasso and the different lines and shapes he used for his work.
Here are some more drawings that are being created from our face exploration. I love the differences in the two!

Polar Bear Face Exploration

We took a break from looking at human faces for our face exploration and today we took at look at polar bears! We watched a live web cam while we drew polar bear faces....

We discussed the shape and line that we saw in the print outs of the polar bears while we drew.

We have no snow and open water in MN!
So these snowmen are wishful thinking!
