We have been discussing Matisse quite a bit lately because the Matisse exhibit is at the
Minneapolis Institute of Arts. We have been focusing on his use of pattern mainly. To practice, each student had a worksheet like this (see below) to fill in with different patterns.
This student was experimenting with letter patterns.
